Naren's strengths are in strategy, understanding customers and their needs, marketing, technology, and operations. Susan Hutson Vice President of Sales and Marketing  Susan began volunteering at Bizymoms-ekwa over 8 years ago, helping women achieve their work-at-home goals. She has grown with the company and now oversees client processes, company marketing, and planning for the future. Susan has trained in the field and has experience in Client Services, Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, and Account Management. She is committed to excellence for Bizymoms-ekwa as a company and each of their doctor-clients, not just today, but in the years to come. Susan Hutson is a "veteran" stay-at-home mom (and granny) with three grown children, and two beautiful granddaughters. Susan and her husband Phillip have been married for almost 30 years, and Susan wouldn't change a day of it! She spends her days in sunny Florida, juggling home and family, while helping doctors and dentists across the U.S. plan and achieve Internet Marketing success through Bizymoms' SEO Services. Casmina Dole Vice President of Operations  Casmina has been with Bizymoms-ekwa for over three years, and has grown with the company by going through several different phases. Her perseverance and steadfastness have brought her to where she is now. Currently, Casmina is responsible for all operational aspects of the company.Casmina enjoys working from home and believes that it is the best job for a woman. When it comes to software and applications, she loves testing and trialing to ensure that everything is user-friendly. She is an animal lover with 3 dogs and 8 cats at last count. The latest addition to her cat collection is a cute little kitten named Crystal. Casmina's favorite TV show is CSI, but she also enjoys watching Amazing Race. Nadee Gajanayake Manager Human Resources  Nadee has been with Bizymoms-ekwa for three years. She currently functions as Manager, Human Resources. She is responsible for human resources management including recruitment, transfers, and termination of personnel. She is particularly focused on establishing and enforcing the policies and the best practices to facilitate and achieve the objectives and targets of the organization. Providing practical, consistent and proactive support, direction and advice to other divisional managers on human resources policy and practices and overseeing performance reviews are other tasks that Nadee performs.Nadee loves to work from home and has enjoyed the online work in which she has been engaged with since 2007. She is strong minded and committed towards the success of Bizymoms-ekwa. Client Services Team Sajida Adam AVP - Web Improvements & Social Media  Sajida exploits the very best of online visibility of clients via social media services.She ensures the clients get the absolute best RESULTS possible in the least amount of time with proven social media marketing approach . Sajida joined Bizymoms-ekwa in March 2008 and loves working from home. She believes that having a positive attitude, right focus and a deep commitment in whatever you do is the key to success. She received her degree in Information Technology from University of Colombo. When not at work she loves to spend time with her kid. Among the other activities she loves to indulge in, are travelling and watching horror and thriller movies. Anne Nicholas AVP - Client Experience  Anne focuses on resolving customer service issues, ensuring that client requirements are met in a way that improves customer satisfaction. She also interacts with various departments providing input to improve products and to streamline team work. She works with an excellent team of experts that is equally keen on providing the best customer service.Prior to joining Bizymoms-ekwa in 2009, Anne has been working as a Website Producer. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Languages. She loves working from home and thinks this is the ideal profession for her. She is a busy mom in real life with a young daughter. When not working, she is occupied with house work and relaxes by listening to music. Shannon Peters Manager - Client Launch  Shannon is a work at home mom living in Michigan. She started working at home for Bizymoms-ekwa in the late fall of 2010 as the Kick Off Team Manager. Currently, Shannon is in charge of client sites, specifically after the sites go live online. Prior to joining Bizymoms-ekwa, Shannon worked outside the home for over 13 years where she held titles such as Account Manager, Fraud Investigator, and Team Leader. Shannon received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Oakland University.Shannon has been married for 11 years, and is the mother of one. They also have a very energetic family dog. The family enjoys spending their weekends with friends and family. In the summertime, they enjoy camping and canoeing. When Shannon is not working, she is busy with her daughter who is always dancing, modeling, auditioning, and competing. Zulaifa Salim Manager - Client Experience  Zulaifa joined Bizymoms-ekwa family in 2008 as an Account Manager. She had the opportunity to work on several projects within the organization until she was appointed as Manager – Web Improvements.Prior to embarking on this challenging and interesting work from home profession, Zulaifa was a Senior Executive in the Financial Sector. Zulaifa strongly believes in ‘Team Work’ and ‘Management Integration’ to ensure clients are serviced satisfactorily and also drive the Organization towards meeting its Corporate Objectives.
